1. Spinning Class
Class Description : 45 minutes- (you must arrive 15 minutes early to secure a bike and for adjustments). Participants of the Cycle/Spinning class will enjoy 45 minutes of an athletic and authentic cycling ride while improving and strengthening your cardiovascular fitness level with motivational, encouraging, inspirational, dynamic, and driving music along with great drills. We bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors without the barking dogs! Smile. You’ll climb hills, pass riders on the flats and maybe even do a few time trials.
Get ready to sweat! Yes, sweat toxins from every pore. We bring the workout. You bring a towel and water bottle. Be prepared to sweat in these spin classes! Sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Nothing beats an indoor cycling class for a low-impact, high-intensity fitness workout. Experience the best cycling class workout you've ever had while burning 400 (low impact)-600 or even 1200 calories.

2. Boot Camp (Crack of dawn Baby!)
Class Description : You will be challenged (no joking) to your limits in a motivational and inspiring environment with a variety of cardio and strength exercises, working your upper and lower body, as well as your core. This will be a fast pace circuit using dumbbells, strength bands and performing sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats, and other exercises. Safety, form, and performing quality exercises will be key elements.
3. Dance Aerobics
Class Description: Just dance your way to fitness!! No dance experience is required! Come and have fun dancing and losing weight at the same time. One of the most important things to do during your dance workout is to keep moving. We have experienced instructors who would demonstrate different levels of exercises ranging from low, intermediate, and moderate levels. Therefore, no worries EVERYONE will be accommodated despite your fitness level! Multi-level aerobic classes are designed to meet the needs of different levels of fitness participants; low and high intensity options are shown during class to encourage class participants to work at their own pace
4. Kickboxing and Toning
Class Description: Are you ready to punch and kick your way fit? This class is fun filled highly energetic with Kickboxing, toning, an ab work combined. Build muscle, increase speed, and agility with this knockout workout! This is an exciting, high-energy workout using the fundamentals of boxing. Includes, kicks and blocks, jumping rope, coordination skills, and upper body muscle toning - all to "hard hitting" music! Now what?
5 .Personal Training
Looking for safe, motivational, inspiring one-on-one assistance with achieving your personal fitness and wellness goal . Information on basic training principles will be presented, as well as instruction and demonstration of proper technique, form and general use of the strength training and cardio machines (if applicable). Class Description: This innovative class uses various training techniques to strengthen all the major muscle groups of the body, build endurance and increase your metabolism, without building bulk.

Class Description: Work through a flowing sequence of yoga postures. As you stretch, breathe, and meditate, you will bring an inner awareness of peace and balance to your body, mind and spirit and enjoy the presence of being. This class focuses on stretching, flexibility, muscle control, proper breathing techniques and relaxation. This class will enhance your overall fitness level.
Class Description: Fitness has never been so fun! This class is a Total Body Workout with its combination of non-stop hip swiveling, shoulder-shimmying and fabulous footwork. You’ll torch fat and burn calories, whittle your middle and sculpt your hips, rear and thighs. You’ll be so busy strutting your stuff; you’ll forget you’re actually exercising. Have fun while loosing inches! fitness all at the same time. Safe and effective, kids can’t wait to get into the Zumbatomic groove!
9. Zumba Gold (Seniors too)
Class Description: Zumba Gold takes the popular Latin and international dance inspired workout of Zumba and makes it accessible for active mature adults, beginners, de-conditioned adults and others needing modifications in their exercise routine. Zumba Gold builds cardiovascular health by challenging the heart and working the muscles of the hips, legs and arms with dance moves.
10. Zumbatomic (Children)
Class Description: Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they're at it? This is an exhilarating zumba workout designed specifically for kid’s minds & bodies! Using Zumba moves this high-octane workout is designed to let kids ages 4-12 max out on fun. A parent-signed liability form is required prior to your child joining this class
